• Luxury Stage Design: Includes 3D backdrop panel, premium floral arrangements, a raised platform stage, and custom vinyl lettering.

• VIP Seating: Features our signature Zyra Throne chair for the guest of honor. If you have more than one guest of honor, email us to upgrade to a two seater (great for bride and groom, or parents at baby showers) or upgrade to multiple high table seating arrangements.

Rental Notes (Important!)

• Package Capacity: Designed for up to 50 guests. (Additional guest counts can be added for a fee). If you have a confirmed guest count other than 50, email us to get a custom quote.

• Venue Requirements: This is a decor package, and does not include a venue. You need to secure a spacious area we can transform. This can be a wedding/event hall, backyard in your home, rented public space, etc. Venue must allow for a minimum of six (6) hours for setup and two (2) hours for teardown.

• Payment and Deposit:  A 50 deposit is required to book a date and secure equipment for your day. While you can always pay upfront and checkout directly online, you can also request a split invoice to pay in installments.

Our payment structure is as follows;

• 50% to book.
• 30% due a month to event.
• 20% due a week to event.

• Delivery Area: Available within a 75-mile radius of Athol, MA.

• Date Reservation: Due to the labor-intensive nature of this package, we can only book three "Royal 50" per week. Book early to secure your date.

• Customization: Colors, centerpieces and floral styles can be tailored to match your specific event theme.
