Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations:
We offer shipping to domestic locations within the United States, as well as to Canada and Europe.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Options:
We partner with reliable carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL to provide a variety of shipping options:

- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Free Domestic Shipping: Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Please note that this offer does not apply to international shipments.

3. Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, with processing typically taking 5-10 business days.

4. International Delivery Times:
Delivery times for non-domestic orders vary depending on the destination. We strive to provide an estimated delivery date at checkout, but please be aware that international shipping times can be influenced by customs clearance, local postal services, and other factors.

5. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. Customers can review the total shipping cost before completing their purchase.

6. Tracking Information:
All shipments include tracking information, which will be automatically emailed to the customer when the tracking number is updated on the order. This email will include a tracking number, tracking link, and details of the items shipped. Please ensure that a correct and active email address is provided during checkout to receive this information.

7. Oversized Items:
Certain oversized items may be subject to shipping restrictions. These items are available for local delivery within Massachusetts, USA, or can be sent by freight (truck) domestically. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the freight shipping costs.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages:
We understand the frustration that comes with lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, it is eligible for free returns and refunds. Please report the issue to us as soon as possible to ensure we can file a shipping insurance claim with the service provider. For damaged items, please provide:
   - A photo of the damage to the product.
   - A photo of the interior packaging (showing how the package appeared when first opened, including all protective materials used).
   - A photo of the entire box, closed (capturing the shipping label if possible).

9. Shipping Address Accuracy:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Orders with undeliverable addresses may be canceled, and we cannot retrieve packages sent to an incorrect address.

10. Return Shipping:
We offer free return shipping for items damaged in transit, incorrect items received, or items with missing quantities. Unused items returned within 30 days from the time of order are also eligible for free return shipping. Returns for other reasons may incur return shipping costs to the customer and may not qualify for a full refund.

11. Shipping Delays:
Please be aware that shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, heavy workloads, holidays, or natural disasters. We recommend placing your order well in advance of your event to minimize the risk of delays.
