2. Products may sustain dents or little scratches during storage, packing and transportation. These little scratches do not affect the structure or use of your product. In fact, with all the decoration you add to the backdrop, the scratches can't be visible. (The stand we used to take these photos is a display stand that's been used several times and still looks great) If slight scratches are a huge deal, please consider carefully before making your purchase. Due to the nature of the metal, it's hard for us to achieve 100% scratch-free product, but we continue to pack the goods the best way we can.
 
3. Due to large size of the products, they will be shipped detached to avoid damage during transit. Assembly is very simple and straightforward and instructions will be provided where necessary. This is a great advantage for easy storage and transportation. See last photo for reference.
