For quicker assistance, make sure to provide the order number, reason for return and any supporting photos or documents for instances like damages, and wrong item received. The form will be reviewed and you may be contacted for any additional information.

You can also use this form to cancel an order by selecting "Order cancelation" from the drop down menu. Please cancel orders within 24 hours from the time of order before they are processed or shipped.

Damages

Photos are required to claim a replacement or refund due to damage. Our packages are all insured against damages, and our insurance requires the following information to process your claims:

1. Photo showing the damage on the product. Photo(s) must be clear and taken within visible range.

2. Photo of the internal package. (The product in its box and if any protective packaging was used, include that in this photo)

3. Photo of the entire external packaging box with its shipping label showing. (How the package was received before opening). If any dents or tears appear on the packaging box, please include that photo as well.
