• Rental Period: Standard 1-day rental (extended rentals available upon request)

• Security Deposit: A $100 refundable security deposit is required per booking. This deposit applies once per order, not per item, and is refunded upon successful return of all items in good condition and on time.

• Delivery Area: Delivery available within a 75-mile radius of Athol, MA

• Delivery Fees: Delivery fees apply based on distance and are shown on each rental page. Select your town from the dropdown menu to view our transparent delivery fees. The delivery fee includes drop-off and pickup and applies only once per booking.

• Setup Surface: Must be placed on a flat, level surface like grass, pavement, or an indoor floor. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. If used outdoors, the arch must be placed in a safe area protected from heavy winds to ensure the macrame hangs beautifully.

• Condition: Items must be returned free of damage beyond normal wear. Missing, damaged, lost items will be charged the repair or replacement cost.
